会员服务协议

一、协议的范围与适用主体

I. Scope of the Agreement and Parties

1.1 本协议适用于您通过本软件或相关渠道购买、使用PRO会员服务的全部行为。

1.1 This Agreement applies to all your acts of purchasing and using PRO membership through the Software or related channels.

1.2 本协议与《软件许可及服务协议》《隐私保护协议》及《自动续费协议》共同构成您使用本软件及会员服务的完整协议体系。如本协议与上述协议存在冲突，以本协议为准。

1.2 Together with the Software License and Service Agreement, Privacy Policy, and Auto-Renewal Agreement, this Agreement forms the complete legal framework for your use of the Software and membership. If there is a conflict, this Agreement prevails.

二、会员服务内容

II. Membership Service Content

2.1 PRO会员（以下简称"会员"）系本软件提供的增值服务，会员可享受以下权益（具体以产品实际展示为准）：

2.1 PRO membership ("Membership") is a value-added service. Benefits include (subject to in-app display):

• 往年今日回顾：免费用户仅限查看当日日期；会员可查看任意日期。On-this-day memories: free users see only the current calendar day; members may view any date.
• 照片视频清理：免费用户累计免费清理额度为500个资源（视频+照片）；会员可无限制清理。Photo/video cleanup: free users have a lifetime quota of 500 items; members have unlimited cleanup.
• 回忆随机漫步：免费用户每日一组；会员可无限制使用「再来一组」功能。Random memory walk: free users get one set per day; members may use "another set" without limit.
• 时光轴记录：免费用户可创建100条回忆录；会员可无限制创建。Timeline memories: free users may create up to 100; members have no limit.
• 后续PRO功能：会员可免费开启后续新增的PRO专属功能。Future PRO features: members may enable new PRO-only features at no extra charge.

2.2 我们有权根据业务发展需要调整会员权益内容，调整后的权益将提前在应用内以合理方式通知您。若您不同意调整，可在调整生效前取消订阅。

2.2 We may adjust benefits as our business evolves and will notify you reasonably in advance in the app. If you disagree, you may cancel before the changes take effect.

3.1 会员订阅类型包括：

• 连续包月：按月自动续费，订阅周期为一个月。Monthly auto-renew: billed anew each month.
• 连续包年：按年自动续费，订阅周期为一年。Annual auto-renew: billed anew each year.

3.2 您可通过以下方式购买会员：

• 微信支付：通过微信委托代扣或微信支付完成签约及扣款。WeChat Pay: delegated withholding or standard WeChat Pay checkout.
• Apple内购：通过App Store的In-App Purchase完成订阅。Apple IAP: App Store In-App Purchase.

3.3 会员亦可通过我们提供的活动（如邀请奖励、任务奖励等）免费获取，免费获取的会员权益与付费会员相同，但服务期限及续费规则以活动规则为准。

3.3 Membership may also be obtained free through promotions (e.g. invites, tasks). Benefits match paid membership, but term and renewal follow the promotion rules.

四、费用与支付

IV. Fees and Payment

4.1 会员订阅价格以购买时应用内展示为准。我们可能根据运营需要调整价格，价格调整仅影响新订阅用户，不影响您已生效的订阅周期。

4.1 Pricing is as shown in the app at purchase. We may change prices for operations; changes apply to new subscriptions, not your current paid term.

4.2 您理解并同意，支付过程中可能涉及第三方支付服务（如微信支付、Apple支付），您需遵守相关第三方的支付规则及用户协议。

4.2 Payment may involve third-party processors (e.g. WeChat Pay, Apple Pay); you must comply with their rules and terms.

4.3 因您自身原因（如设备、网络、账户异常等）导致的支付失败或重复扣款，我们将在核实后协助处理，但不承担由此产生的责任。

4.3 Failures or duplicate charges due to your device, network, or account issues will be assisted after verification, but we are not liable for resulting losses.

五、服务期限与生效

V. Term and Effectiveness

5.1 会员服务自支付成功且扣款确认后生效，服务期限以您购买时选择的周期为准。

5.1 Membership begins after successful payment and confirmation; the term follows the cycle you selected.

5.2 若您选择自动续费，续费规则详见《自动续费协议》。

5.2 For auto-renewal, see the Auto-Renewal Agreement.

5.3 会员到期后，若未续费，您将恢复为免费用户，届时将无法继续享受PRO会员权益。

5.3 When membership lapses without renewal, you return to a free account and lose PRO benefits.

5.4 跨系统使用限制：会员权益与购买渠道绑定，不得跨系统使用。通过 Apple 内购购买的会员仅在 iOS 设备上生效；通过微信支付购买的会员仅在 Android 设备上生效。若您更换设备或操作系统，需在对应系统下重新购买会员。免费获取的会员权益（如邀请奖励等）的生效范围以活动规则为准。

5.4 Cross-platform restriction: benefits are tied to the purchase channel. Apple IAP applies only on iOS; WeChat Pay purchases apply only on Android. If you switch OS or device, repurchase on that platform. Free promotional membership follows the promotion rules.

六、退款规则

VI. Refund Policy

6.1 鉴于会员服务为虚拟数字产品，一经开通即开始消费，除法律法规另有规定外，我们原则上不提供退款服务。

6.1 Membership is a digital service consumed upon activation; except as required by law, we generally do not offer refunds.

6.2 如因以下情形导致您无法正常使用会员服务，您可联系客服申请退款或补偿：

6.2 You may contact support for refund or compensation if you cannot use membership normally because:

• 因我们系统故障或错误导致重复扣款；duplicate charges caused by our system failure or error;
• 因我们原因导致会员权益未正确开通或生效；benefits failed to activate through our fault;
• 法律法规规定的其他可退款情形。other circumstances refundable under applicable law.

6.3 通过Apple内购购买的订阅，退款申请需遵循Apple的退款政策，您可在Apple支持页面提交退款申请。

6.3 Apple IAP refunds follow Apple's policies; submit requests via Apple Support.

6.4 通过微信支付购买的订阅，退款申请需符合微信支付及我们的退款规则。

6.4 WeChat Pay purchases follow WeChat Pay rules and our refund policy.

七、用户义务

VII. User Obligations

7.1 您应确保使用本人真实身份及支付方式购买会员，不得以任何方式规避或滥用会员权益。

7.1 You must use your real identity and payment methods and must not evade or abuse membership.

7.2 您不得将会员账号转让、出租、出借或以其他方式提供给第三方使用。

7.2 You may not sell, lend, sublicense, or otherwise grant access to third parties.

7.3 您因违反本协议或相关服务条款导致账号被封禁、注销的，已购买的会员服务不予退还。

7.3 If your account is suspended or closed for violating this Agreement, paid membership is non-refundable.

八、服务变更与终止

VIII. Service Changes and Termination

8.1 我们有权根据法律法规、政策变化或业务需要，调整、暂停或终止部分或全部会员服务，调整将提前以合理方式通知您。

8.1 We may change, suspend, or discontinue part or all of the membership service as required by law, policy, or business needs, with reasonable advance notice.

8.2 若因不可抗力、政府行为、第三方原因等导致我们无法继续提供会员服务，我们将在合理范围内尽力减少您的损失，但不承担由此产生的责任。

8.2 For force majeure, government action, or third-party causes beyond our control, we will try to mitigate loss but are not liable for resulting damages.

九、其他

IX. Miscellaneous

9.1 本协议签订地为中华人民共和国北京市海淀区。

9.1 This Agreement is deemed executed in Haidian District, Beijing, P.R.C.

9.2 本协议的成立、生效、履行、解释及纠纷解决，适用中华人民共和国大陆地区法律（不包括冲突法）。

9.2 This Agreement is governed by the laws of mainland China (excluding conflict-of-laws rules).

9.3 若您与我们之间发生任何纠纷或争议，首先应友好协商解决；协商不成的，您同意将纠纷或争议提交本协议签订地有管辖权的人民法院管辖。

9.3 Disputes shall first be settled by negotiation; failing that, you agree to the jurisdiction of the people's court where this Agreement is executed.

9.4 本协议条款无论因何种原因部分无效或不可执行，其余条款仍有效，对双方具有约束力。

9.4 If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.

9.5 我们有权在必要时修改本协议。修改后的协议将在应用内公布。若您继续使用会员服务，即视为您已接受修改后的协议。

9.5 We may amend this Agreement when necessary; updates will be shown in the app. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
